Grants on a Mission exists to help nonprofits achieve financial sustainability through grant funding. We support nonprofit professionals (Founders, CEO, senior staff) without full-time Development team members. And we're building community and a culture of learning around fundraising, financial sustainability, grant funding, and philanthropy.
As we build this world, we believe in these core values:
Pricing that's as clear as our values.
Nothing happens overnight.
The work we do matters.
Quality products and services delivered on time.
We can do this together.
The truth about what's possible and when.
Code of Ethics
Grants on a Mission adheres to the code of ethics for fundraisers outlined by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The code of ethics governs things such as:
- prohibiting receipt of commission on grants won
- maintaining confidentiality of information
- preventing conflicts of interest
- respecting intellectual property and anti-plagiarism
All Grants on a Mission staff are required to adhere to the code of ethics as well. The full document is available on the AFP website.
